Please read product descriptions if you have any metal allergies. While the hemp chains are intended to be worn and enjoyed by those with metal sensitivities, the pendants still contain copper or other metals, which if not ensured to be worn outside of garments, can rest against your skin and potentially cause irritation. 

If worn during physical activities or while operating machinery please remove your necklaces or other jewellery so that they cannot swing up and hit you, get caught or snagged, or cause any sort of injury. Supervise children while wearing any jewellery. Lovestones is not responsible for any injuries as a result of wearing our product. 

Lovestones is not responsible for any jewellery breakage from daily wear and tear. If a piece arrives damaged, please contact me and I will work with you to resolve the issue. If a piece breaks from wear and love, I am happy to repair, as long as shipping is covered by the customer and replacement materials are paid for. Please see shop for replacement items such as braided hemp chains which I am happy to make and send!

Please know your wrist and ring sizes before you order! Lovestones will not accept returns due to negligence of knowing personal or gift recipient's sizes. If you aren't sure about how to find out your sizes, please contact me! I will post sizing information and details in the links. 

Upon placing orders, please double check and ensure that your address is correct before order confirmations. If an address is not correct, Lovestones is held accountable by Canada Post to pay for it being sent back. Lovestones is not responsible for payment of shipping to incorrect addresses a second time. 

Please remember, I am a one person operation! Your happiness matters to me, that being said in regards to all interactions, please keep in mind that I am a single human being doing the best I can! This is a passion project that I juggle with a busy day job and tending to friends and family. I will always do my best to accommodate you, but if I do not respond to emails or texts right away, I am likely at a market, working my day job, making product, or fulfilling personal and mental health needs. You can't pour from an empty cup! I will get back to you as soon as I can!
